It's by Hyojiro Takahashi, who lived from 1898 to 1974. Moreover, Takahashi was the originator of this Kijiyama kokeshi style! A notation on the bottom of the doll shows that he made it at age 72, so this doll was made around 1970making it over 50 years old! Yet it's in near perfect condition!! The little doll on the left is from the Tsugaru style

Nice fit, quality look good too.

Just installed in a 2006 4Runner. Can’t speak to exact filter partials or longevity, but what I can’t say is that it fits very well and looks to be made very well. It actually fits better than the Bosh filters I normally use. Has a nice foam seal around all 4 edges and fits in the tray perfectly. Seem to be a nice option. So if you have a 03-09 4Runner it’s going to work well. Here’s some pictures of this filter (the blue one) next to a Bosh filter I removed. Also a picture with it in the factory tray.
